Then on to Minyarr Park (Aboriginal for Birth Place) to experience range of Kimberley Bushtucker fruits (including the worlds highest concentrated Vitamin C fruit known to man) and berries, chutneys, pickled bush roots as well as crocodile, camel and kangaroo if you dare! Learn about some of the medicinal properties from the bush. Get to taste Kimberley Bushtucker Liqueurs (the only place in the world to make these exotic liqueurs) made from real Bushtucker fruits and berries you taste (with no added colours, preservatives or flavourings). Learn the process of distillation.
